Dr. Lynn Holmes Miles
Co- Founder
Chief Executive Officer
Lynn was born in Charlotte, NC, and graduated from Fayetteville State University with a BS in Mathematics and Physics. She graduated with her Master's in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In 2019, Lynn graduated with her Ph.D. in International Psychology with a concentration in Organization from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Lynn has a vast history of teaching and training in higher education and cooperate environments. In 2021, Lynn continued her journey in educational research working with Fayetteville State University as a Post-Doctoral Research Assistant, to increase enrollment and completion of underrepresented, underprepared, or low-income students in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) degrees based on evidence of promise or "what works" initiative. Her research also extends to merging flip learning with social-emotional learning techniques. She has published a paper on how physical activity improves overall physical health in marginalized populations. In her spare time, Lynn enjoys international travel, spending time with her husband, friends, and family, cooking, and coaching boxing as an Assistant Coach with the University of Boxing in Charlotte, NC. Lynn is passionate about finding innovative ways to increase psychological well-being among those affected by physical and mental conditions and increasing representation in STEAM. Lynn is also passionate about working with 501c(3) Fight Life, which helps provide boxing classes to marginalize individuals living with Parkinson's Disease and serve on the board of ProCure Agency, Inc.
Crystal Miles

Crystal is a retired, 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force. During that time, she served in the capacity of a Material Management Specialist, Training Manager, Instructor, and First Sergeant. As a civilian, Crystal has over 25 years of experience in IT. She has served in various roles in IT, primarily focusing on the areas of Customer Service and Training and Development. She has served in various technical as well as leadership roles and has spent several years in HR as a Program Manager, focusing on IT development and Training. Currently, she serves as a Technical Service Advisor for a major Healthcare company in North Carolina.
Crystal has a B.S. Degree with a dual major in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration, and three Associate of Science degrees in Logistics Management, Training and Education Management, and Human Resources Management. She is certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. She also holds various certificates: Train the Trainer from the United States Air Force, Designing Learning from ATD, Human Resources and Cyber Security from Villanova University, and Leaders at all Levels from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Crystal is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Learning Experience Design and Education Technology at Western Governors University. In her spare time, Crystal loves to spend time with family and travel.
